  Average age of the vines: 20 to 25 years.

  Vines planted in the plain on limestone clay.

   Cord size.

   Traditional winemaking in stainless steel and concrete tanks with temperature regulation (cold and hot).

Vatting of about 20 days with drawing and reassembly.

These wines are aged for 10 to 12 months in oak lightning.

Flattering and pleasant wine with lots of fruit.

To drink rather young, from 1 to 2 years, but can also wait a few years (4 to 5 years).

Accompanies meats and roasts.
