• Grape variety: 100% Syrah

• Average age of vines: 40 years

• Vines planted on granitic soil, exposure in south-facing hillside.

• Cup size on shallots – Very high density.

• Traditional vinification in stainless steel and concrete vats with pigeage and reassembly. Temperature control (hot and cold).

Vatting from 28 to 30 days, or even more depending on the tasting.

These wines are aged for 15 to 18 months in barrels (new barrels).

Very great red wine.

Wine of very sustained color, very tannic (very round tannins with a lot of finesse).

To be served in a decanter from 5 to 7 years old, arriving at its optimum from about 10 years old / 12 years old.

Accompanies red meats and game.
