 Grape variety: 100% Syrah.

Average age of the vines: 30 to 40 years.

Vines planted on granitic soil in hillsides, place called “Les Reynards''.

   Cup size on shallots – High density.

   Winemaking in stainless steel tanks and new half-muids with pipeage and reassembly.

Temperature control (hot and cold).

Vatting from 25 to 30 days depending on the tasting.

These wines are aged for 15 months in barrels (50% new barrels, 50% barrels of a wine).

Wine of very deep color, beautiful tannic structure.

Aromas of red fruits and spices. Complex wine.

This wine can be drunk from 4/5 years old and is kept for about ten years.

Accompanies red meats, game, and cheeses.
