In the case of aging, this wine must be served in a carafe to have even more at the time of tasting.

Accompanies white meats but especially red meats and game.

Vatting from 28 to 30 days with pipeage and reassembly.

These wines are aged for 15 months in barrels. A blend is made of 70% new barrels and 30% barrels of a wine.
