   Vines planted on limestone clay soil on a hillside.

    Traditional winemaking in stainless steel and concrete vats with pipeage and reassembly.

Temperature control.

Vatting from 25 to 30 days.

These wines are aged for 12 months in half-muids. An assembly is made between new barrels and less recent barrels (up to 5/6 years maximum)

Dress of a sustained and shiny red; Tannic Aromatic and round; Good persistence.

Can be drunk from two years but improves after a few years with an optimum between 3 and 5 years.

In the case of aging, this wine must necessarily be prepared and served in a carafe to have even more at the time of tasting.

Accompanies white meats but especially red meats.
