  Vines planted on granitic soil in hillsides.

   Cup size on shallots – Very high density.

  Traditional winemaking with temperature control.

Vatting from 25 to 30 days.

These wines are aged for 15 months in barrels. An assembly is made between new barrels (30%) and barrels of a wine (70%).

Wine of sustained color, tannic (very round tannins with a lot of finesse).

Very fruity predominantly red fruits during its youth.

This wine can be consumed from its first years (2 to 3 years) with an optimum at 5/7 years.

Accompanies white meats, red meats, and game.
